Menu Execution: Prepare and plate our breakfast, lunch, or dinner menus following established recipes and quality standards.
Service Consistency: Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during all services, maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.
Kitchen Operations: Manage daily mise en place, maintain our brand-new equipment, and ensure our kitchen remains spotless and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
Team Growth: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain our culinary standards and participate in the continuous improvement of our menu.
Experience: You have previous experience working in a professional kitchen and understand the pace of a restaurant. You are comfortable with various cooking techniques and service rhythms.
