We’re Hiring: Front of House Team Member

Your Role: The Heart of the Maison

As a Front of House Team Member, you are the primary host, responsible for delivering our "Chez Vous à Porto" promise. You'll move beyond routine transactions to anticipate guest needs, ensuring their stay is effortless and extraordinary. This includes everything from seamless arrivals and departures to personalized profile reviews, coordination of bespoke transfers and amenities, and ensuring the smooth operation of all guest-facing services. You will be instrumental in identifying and acting on opportunities to enhance the guest journey and drive ancillary revenue.

We're Looking For

• Experience: A background in Hospitality/Tourism training or a minimum of 2 years in a 4 or 5-star luxury environment is required.
• Language: Fluency in English is essential (additional language proficiency is a strong asset).
• Service & Style: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a consistently polished and professional appearance.
• The Host Mentality: A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to guest satisfaction, from proactive profile review to prompt complaint resolution.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to manage varying schedules and the initiative to collaborate across all departments to optimize the guest experience.
