We are looking for a versatile, charismatic individual to lead our guest journey through two distinct yet equally vital pillars:
1. The Art of the Morning (Breakfast Service)
You are the custodian of the guest’s first impression of the day. You don't just serve food; you curate a morning ritual.
The Craft of Coffee: As a key part of our breakfast, you will demonstrate expertise in preparing premium coffee, ensuring every cup meets the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Refined Table Service: Execute a polished, 5-star service with precision, discretion, and effortless elegance.
Ambassadorial Presence: Engage guests with genuine warmth, making each individual feel seen, valued, and "at home."
Uncompromising Quality: Oversee the visual artistry of our buffet and à la carte options, maintaining impeccable hygiene and presentation standards.
2. The Signature Experiences (Storytelling & Hosting)
After the morning ritual, you transition into a dynamic group leader and local expert, bringing the culture of Mallorca to life.
Culinary Leader: Host private cooking classes, inspiring guests with your energy while teaching them the secrets of our island's most famous dishes.
Wine Storyteller: Lead intimate wine tastings paired with local tapas. You won't just pour wine; you will share the history of the vineyards, the soul of the grapes, and the stories of the bodegas.
Gastronomic Explorer: Curate and lead bespoke food tours through the streets of Palma, acting as the bridge between our guests and the authentic local culture.

Seamless Versatility: The ability to pivot from the quiet formality of a luxury breakfast to the high-energy, social atmosphere of a cooking class or city tour.
Charisma & Gravitas: A confident, engaging presence that can command a room while remaining approachable and humble.
Technical Excellence: Proven experience in high-end table service and a strong command of coffee preparation (barista skills).
Communication Mastery: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. A third language is a significant advantage.
